About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will help maintain reliable IT operations by resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and assisting with hardware, software, network, and system administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
Diagnose basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and email applications.
Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and equipment assignment details.
Manage support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
Assist with system updates, antivirus, backups, and IT security procedures.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and email configuration.
Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
Ability to manage multiple support requests and work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
Familiarity with IT asset management and helpdesk/ticketing tools.
Basic understanding of endpoint security and backup solutions.
